4) continue your jungle route at wolves
5) and own Blue (can be given to mid or top if needed)

Because of her short ult cd Shyvana needs no flash to escape over walls so that the best choise for the second summoner besides smite is exhaust (or ignite agains high healing champs like swain, akali, olaf, vladimir, ...)
