It will take a while to gank for any real kills
You can gank for trades early but it will not be as successful early on as it would be with a jungler like Yi.
Your real strength s late game, When you have 5k health and you dont have to back bc of your incredible regen from warmogs, thick skin and spirit visage
If you have good teammates who can capitalize on your ganks early, generally mid lane, take advantage of that early and pick up kills with devour or give your teammates the kill by stunning the enemy with Q when you have full stacks on them which will be easy to pull off because of berserker's greaves.
If you are behind, farm and farm fast. No matter how far behind, you are, it can usually be fixed by his fast jungle clear.
If you grab gromp to throw it at blue, as it comes out, smite gromp, then after you blue, you can come back to gromp and pick up the fast extra health while you have the buff and blue
