Both of those options I think could be viable to use instead of the swiftness boots. I went with those because usually your chasing them and need to be able to catch up so that you can use your devour. If you dont seem to be having trouble catching people and need a little more dmg I would go with the boots. I dont know if I would go with too much AP build as this build is designed to outlast the opponent and kill them with devour.

have you considered abyssal scepter or spell pen boots? I feel like he greatly benefits from having 30 spell pen to get off the full 32% on squishes.
