Berserker's Greaves for atack speed.
Vampiric Scepter for some life steal.
B.F. Sword for AD and then i finish my BloodThrister.
Frozen Malet for HP, slow and 10% dmg from my passive
Last Whisper for armor penetration( tank killer)
Star's Favor for life steal and atack speed.
I take another BloodThrister for ad and life steal ( 70% life steal)
