Alrighty guys, this is my first time making a guide and I'm sure there will be far better ones as the champ is used more BUT here are my thoughts.

Talon is absolutely great for bursting!

Fast cooldowns
Low mana costs
Great abilty follow-ups

Stealth!
Decent harasser
Built in escape

Cons
Squishy
Weak early game
No life-sustaining abilities

Yes. That W will help you survive early game and is of great use for Talon's Passive
Right after rake for a clean combination. Rake starts up the passive and Noxian takes advantage of the damage boost
At level 4 for that very sexy silence to get those darn casters! No comboing spells for you!
At level 6 obviously.

Then proceed to max rake for more dmg/slow> Max Noxian> Max Cutthroat
All while upgrading Shadow Assault at 11 and 16


Using Rake and following with Shadow Assault then bringing in the blades with cutthroat and finish with Noxian is a great way to harras a champ or two

Talon seems to be situational and will end up at times initiating fights withor even at times escaping with it.

Your text to link here...[/url] I get 9 Marks of Desolation- as an AD champ most tanks while build armor to counter Talon and Armor Penetration is a must!
6 Seals of Fortitude- Health is always good for a squishy champ!
3 Seals of Vigor- Health Regen will definitely help you early game
9 Glyphs of Warding- Magic Resist on squishy champ? I think yes!

Not too much to explain here, standard 21 for offense (+exhaust)
and 9 in defense for obvious purposes

Vampiric Scepter

and

Spamming W

will sustain you well early game and allow you to stay in lane long enough to burst your abilities and get a kill or two.

Berserker Greaves

is one option among many for Talon,

Mercury's Treads

is a viable option depending on the opposing champs.

Boots are very situational

I like rushing

Bloodthirster

due to the increase life-steal and damage output.

Then comes

Phage

which builds into

Frozen Mallet

and works well with

Talon's Passive

and not to mention the

HP Boost

!

I then get

Trinity Force

: Speed, Damage, Slow and Sheen ability? EPIC synchronization for Talon

Frozen Heart

for some much needed defense late game as well as a slow that will work well with your passive

I cant think of any better escapes than Flash. It WILL save you!A little slow for your passive wont hurt, it also gives you enough time to cooldown your abilities for another barrage!
