I personally would change item sequence. I would add Youmuu's Ghostblade, Trinity Force or something like that. Maybe early Hexdrinker and late Maw of Malmortius if you're going mid. But it's a nice guide. I'll vote, and when I will be home, I'll try this build in-game. Hey!
