Talon is one of the most annoying cc burst characters in game who can easily target and kill almost anyone while staying alive. This is one of the reasons why I like to play as him.

The items may seem weird at first but the more you use them, the more efficient you'll get with them. The three Bloodthirster's can add 40 damage to your attack damage as long as you stack them. This is crucial for winning team fights or solo fights. Bloodthirsters add 40 more damage after farming minions so you'll be missing out on an extra 120 damage. Ionian boots are important so that you can spam your abilities quicker especially Shadow Assault. Last Whisperer and Youmuu's Ghostblade allows you to fight through armor so you can kill even the most tanky champions.

Rake is the first ability you want to max first mainly because it allows you to farm minion waves no matter the size. Even with the Brutalizer, you'll be killing minions with half health. You may spam Shadow Assault as much as you want because it has such a low cooldown. By the time one team fight is over, it will be up for the next so use it every team fight! Noxian Diplomacy deals some of the most damage when targeting an enemy. With all 3 Bloodthirsters fully stacked, you could do from 300-1000+ damage in 1 hit. Cutthroat is a very useful spell depending on how you use it. You could cancel cc ultimate's, get away from enemies, or jumping to enemies to burst and destroy them.

Pros:
- Quickly burst down Champions.
- Destroy large groups of minions with just the Rake ability.
- Get many kills.
- Get many assists.
- Easily take down the whole jungle.
- Heal all of your health back in just a couple of hits.

Cons:
- Targeted (Shadow Assault may stop them from targeting you unless they have an Oracle's Elixir).
- Really squishy.
- Can't quickly kill champions with 150+ armor.
- Stuns may stop you from bursting.

The most funnest thing about this build is taking out minion waves. If they are in abundance and are about to kill your tower, 1 rake could take out all of them. If it lowers the health of all of them then auto-attacking or Shadow Assault can finish the rest of them.

Going into the jungle is like going through 1 minion each engagement. Dragon may take a bit more time then the Golem or Lizard Elder but it should be pretty quick.

Target 1 person to hit all of them when they are bunched. I usually jump into an enemy with Cutthroat and Noxian Diplomacy then Rake right away. This basically takes down all of a champions health. Then to finish off your targeted champion while getting away from the other 4 champions, use Shadow Assault. Just hope your team is good enough to deal heavy blows to the other 4 champions after your damage has been dealt. You can always run back in as well and finish them off yourself if they don't do much damage and have little armor but that rarely happens.

I can't stress how important farming minions is. If you don't farm minion waves, then you won't get stacks or gold to buy all of the items needed to do max damage output. FARM! That's all you need to do to win as Talon.
