How do you see games where you NEED to initiate? Sorry, but going to agree with others here that Talon shouldn't initiate. Best case scenario you catch a squishy alone somewhere overextended and take him/her out quickly, but you don't initiate team fights. A good example is Katarina, she has 2 abilities very similar. Would you shunpo ult to initiate a teamfight or would you wait for your tank/initiator to go in, let the enemy team use some cc, and then jump in to maximize your usefulness to your team? Your summoner level is 1 so I guess you just don't know any better.

Also, Warmog's is outshined by Frozen Mallet by far for Talon. The whole point in being "beefier" is to get extra hp(or armor/magic resist if the game calls for it) items that still help you do your job(burst/assassinate).

Not downvoting your guide even though you have trolled me so hard, but my match history, ranked profile, and experience speak for themselves.

Oh yeah and Trinity Force has too many wasted stats for Talon and is only useful for his Q mostly, so why build an item that doubles you BASE ATTACK DAMAGE for 1 attack after an ability. During your whole burst combo you would only get 1 autoattack with Trinity powering it, and that is the Trinity stacking on your Q.

Sorry but even with Tenacity your item build doesn't allow you to initiate teamfights against a reasonably competent enemy team. That's like writing a katarina guide and saying it's ok to go first kat and shunpo ult, you have TENACITY! Lol......If you're playing against bad players or pubstomping maybe, but go ahead and try to initiate against a competitive team.

Ok, thanks for the comment. I personally think there are better initiators than Talon, I play him more like an assassin and jump in to nuke the carry after my team has already initiated. But I can see games where you would need to initiate. In that case, what would you suggest? Banshee's?

Let me know and I will update it with your advice and hopefully if that was your only concern you can change your vote.

Thanks

And yea trin is a bit expensive but it's alright since the items leading up to it are all individually good and useful. Another alternative is to get Sheen or phage and build IE right after or to build 2 dorans blades in the beginning

True, I haven't tested it but atma's is viable. I just wasn't sure it was AS good as certain other items because I don't think the bonus AD applies to his skills.

Thx for the replies!

Nice Build!

You can also think of switching the second Bloodthirster with an Atmas Impaler. It is cheaper and synergizes with Trinity Force, Warmogs Armor and the Infinity Edge. It also grants you some defence.

Very nice! Just tried this build in Intermediate bots and it was VERY powerful. Trinity Force is a bit expensive to go for quickly, but if you farm correctly, this is an awesome build that promotes TONS of damage. Nicely done!
