Well to start off I would like to say I enjoy playing talon allot I'm really happy I spend 6300ip on him. That is not the case for several other heroes that have been released in the past few weeks. I see allot of people building talon pure dmg to get out as much burst as possible, wich is good but then you come up a little bit short in my oppinion. I like to play talon with sufficient amount of burst and yet the capability to survive a team fight when you are taking some DMG.

First off all the runes. I take 9 armor pen marks for obvious reasons. then you might wonder why take armor seals, magic resist glyphs and health quints ? Well the awnser is simple, to make him last. In my experience Talon doesnt react well to haras so giving him somewhat tanky runes lets him handle that harras a little bit better.

Only thing worth explaining is probably the one point in greed, well its simple, unless I play a jungler I always take that point in greed. :D

As for the summoners, Flash is just THA BOMB and exhaust blinds and slows ur target in addition Talon's passive allows him to do bonus dmg to slowed targets ;)

Before making your way to ur dessignated lane pick up a Doran's blade for some extra HP dmg and a little bit of life steal. When you get in your lane dont go flying towards your oppenents trying to get First blood playing all agressive like. Nah just hang back chill a little bit take creep kills and just play it safe. After collecting about 800-900 gold head back to base and pick up a second doran's blade and Boots of speed. Now scoot on over back to your lane and keep playing it safe. Try to take a much minion kills as you can.
Now I wouldn't reccomend trying to kill ur opponents just keep an eye on them and when you can harras them with rake, ofcourse when your enemy's get low you can always cutthroat yourself in and rake yourself a kill !

When you reach around lvl 11-12 I usually allready have brutelizer, Merc threads and a sheen well and ofc my 2 doran's blades. Now you can (if your lane allows it) start moving around the map and picking up easy kills increasing your money income and decreasing the enemy morale. work your way to you ghostblade and trinity force ! If your lane doesnt allow it just stay on it try to take some kills and push down that enemy tower !
When teamfights start to break out, I always like to open with my shadow assault so they cant focus me, then I Cutthroat to the enemy's strongest carry who dishes out the most dmg rake his *** and put him down. after that just go on a rampage and kills everything in sight :D

Most of my games by the time I get to my bloodthirster the game will allready be finished, if it isnt then just kill everything in sight, ofcourse dont make stupid moves like going solo vs 5 that **** is cool in the movies but it ****s up your game. if the game going good and your earning allot of money drop one of your doran's and pick up a Frozen mallet, it increases your health pool and it gives you a permanent slow on your enemy's increasing your dmg by allot since your passive allows you to put out more dmg on slowed targets. if after your Frozen Mallet the game still isn's over drop your last doran's and get a Phantom Dancer for some nice attack speed and movement speed.
