WHY YOU NEED TO RUSH THE FROZEN MALLET

Talon's passive is a 10% gain from any anti buffs on the enemy champion, so if you have the frozen mallet your passive will always be in use.

feel free to switch up the magic resit runes for cool down runes, it is all the same.

Items

i buy 3 potions so i have staying power, because talon is a poor laner early game it is a must have to bring potions to stay in the exp.

As for boots buy any boots you feel like you want to buy, except sorcerer shoes.
