Now, I know what you're thinking. "What the ****? Not AD Talon? ZOMGWTFBBQ?". Sounds stupid, but, I have managed to gain 4 victories out of 5 games with this build. This build gives you amazing movement speed allowing you to run from lane to lane to clean up creeps, allowing your team to push any lane you want. You can also ward wherever and whenever you want giving your team maximum map coverage. Also, you can still deal quite a decent amount of damage with your abilities all while being able to take a lot of damage. Being able to ward, push lanes and being able to get from any lane to a gank/team fight.
Not squishy like other Talon's probably will be
Amazing farm and harass with W
Possibly the fastest character in the game when full build
A lot of nuke damage with Q and Trinity Force combined with his other abilities
Ridiculously low CD on his Ultimate
A decently large jump (E) to chase down those champs that try to get away.
Only escape mechanic is his Ultimate and Flash
Not as much damage output as an AD Talon
People will still probably see you as a threat so you may get targeted.
Q. Noxian Diplomacy
Use this ability whenever you can spare the mana to get last hits on minions. You can also use it straight after an auto attack as it resets your attack timer, giving you two hits. Once you gain Trinity Force, use your Q as much as possible.
With your W ability, use it to farm and harass. Stay in lane, throw your W and try to hit as many minions as possible and champs if you can. Once you get Boots of Mobility you can move on to cleaning up other lanes, resulting in a massive gold income for you. Once you get Trinity Force, you are an even bigger lane pusher and will be almost unstoppable with all the wards you should be throwing down so you can see when the enemy is coming to try and kill you. Keep this up throughout the whole game and you won't have a problem pushing lanes while getting a massive gold and level advantage on the other team.
This is your main gank initiation ability. Use it to jump onto the enemy champ followed up by a slow from your W, then a Q and then just continue to chase and use your abilities when they are off CD. The great thing about Cutthroat is the fact that it increases the damage you deal to the champion affected by it. If you find yourself in a team fight, think to yourself who would be the best to silence. Say they had a Singed, he would probably be best to silence as he could use his Fling ability to get one of your team mates killed. Jump onto him with E, then just run away and wait for a more suitable target to come forward to try harass. Then just do the rotation: E, W, Q.
R. Shadow Assault
This is the only ability allows you to get away. Use it when either your Flash is on CD or use it in combination with Flash to ensure your safety. This ability is also a great chase ability as you gain stealth, increased move speed and if you can use Cutthroat to jump onto a champion, the daggers will fly back through them, dealing a ton of damage. Try to only use this ability on a champion afflicted with your silence from Cutthroat as it also amplifies the damage you deal.
Taking ArPen Quints and Marks gives you the ArPen you need to get through those tougher characters. Mana Regen Glyphs and Seals give you the lane sustainability you need to get the best farm you possibly can. Filling the last 5 Glyph and Seal with flat MR and Armor (respectively) will also allow you to stay in lane longer.
2/25/3 may seem like a strange way to setup your masteries but this gives you the highest amount of regeneration possible through masteries. The 1 point in crit chance can be changed for anything, it's just to use the last point. This will give you even more lane sustainability giving you an edge over your opponents which will result in you being able to dominate early, mid and late game.
The items I have chosen give you a lot of health, armor and MR with amazing movement speed while not ignoring the fact that he is an AD hero with Atma's Impaler. Every time you go back to base you will want to grab at least 1, possibly 2 wards for map visibility. This will give you an advantage over your opponents as you will be able to see incoming ganks etc.
7. Summoner Spells
Exhaust and Flash. Enough said. You will be able to lock down their AD carry with Exhaust (which is the only time you should use it) and Flash as a 2nd escape mechanic, as using your Ultimate isn't always the best way to get away.
In summary, this build will give you and extremely fast, hard hitting and tanky Talon. You will be able to actually be in team fights and help out the rest of your team while still being able to deal enough damage to get those carries out of the way.
