gives 40% armor penetration. That's percent, not flat. Meaning if the enemy has over 100ish armor, Last Whisper is going to punch through more than with 3 stacks.

Moreover, Talon's combo doesn't rely much on autoattacks. If you use your abilities to hit an enemy, they won't be penetrating any armor until you autoattack them 3 times first. This is not optimal for Talon, since several of his abilities are not focused on attacking at melee range. will give all of your abilities the armor penetration they need to be effective.

and i might be doing something wrong idk. but from my calcuation you get small 22 xtra armor penetration, wich is just 2 auto attack hit and then TBC is better than LW

also, i and others would appreciate if you would downvote based on 1 item you dont agree with, since there might be a point or in the end its changeable

I see your point, but in the end with Black Cleaver you will get more armor reduce and you stil get more AD and some AS.. yes he is not a auto attack champion, not building him like 1 either, but when you are vs a team they often also have a off tank, and if you have been killing early on, you will see 2-4 buy armor stuff, so you can use your entire combo, but they wont be dead, then by the time your cd's are back, you got the 3 black cleaver stacks on the target, and that way easily finish him off

I agree with Wbarret. Black cleaver is nice for ad carry's but not assassins. you would want to get a last whisper in order to do more. the stacks are good but as talon you shouldn't be auto attacking enough to get the stacks off. you burst with him not auto attack. the guide isn't very in depth.
