This build, although well written, lacks any substance it could of had. The items are poorly arranged, and although those are great items they're just not beneficial unless you've got a decent supply of health. Honestly to me it just seems like you picked any item in the defense section and threw them in at random.

As for constructive criticism

I'd say pick up an aura item like Aegis of the Legion or a Sunfire Aegis, since you'll often at times be sitting around doing nothing because you've built yourself to just pull, or maybe you could even make it a hybrid build, by building a Hextech Gunblade, or a Guinsoo's Rageblade for faster attack speeds + attack damage and ability power to aid your power fist, ultimate, and pull. I'm sorry that I have to be such a critic, but its just not as great as it could be. Its unremarkable in all senses of the word.

I'm glad Blitzcrank is one of your favorite champions, but do some more testing before you post a guide. I know I most certainly am.

You shouldnt put thornmail and fortify as standard objects tho. And try to add more color to the guide itself. I like the way of writing though and thus i vote +1.
