Anyway back to the subject - Wu Kong. He can be either AD or Tank but here you see a better build Hybrid AD TANK!
Runes
Items
Besides that you can go trinity force instead of the second warmog.
Summoner Spells
Mainly because - Flash just in case your decoy doesn't work you can use this as this as a backup.
-Heal so you can lane longer than other champions. It can also help out friends/team mates in times of need. But late game it is useless not healing as much as early. Can be switched out with exhaust.

This build, is also good for ranked games - but i would make sure with your team memberse first just in case they dont need a tank!
