Intro:
Shen is one of the first heroes i tried in lol.
hes is a good tank to start off with. basicly becaus he dont use any mana.
Insted he use Energy. and this can be important for a tank in some situations.

My setup is based on loot of hp / hp regen.

This build is realy good when you encounter an group with loot of Pysical damage.
This is the main hero. That you want for tanking.
basicly becaus of his good taunt and shield ability.

this is a setup where you have a good ranger with you.
plz dont try this build with a support class. (at your lane)

Runes:
Going Heavy @ HP Regen. this is essential for a good tank.

Masteries:
Going all inn tank mode. not mutch to say here.

Items:
going for loot of hp/ hp regen items
Randuin's omen got an good active. after using the shadow dash. use this the active for a nice slowdown. this makes it mutch easier to escape the massaker.

Skill Sequence:
going shield asap and Shadow Dash. this is basicly becaus this build is a tank build.

vorpal blade is a real good start of skill.
easy to hor*** the other team with it.

Summoner Spells:
Going heal and flash.
this is for extra healt at the start. and is essential start - mid skill
flash is good for escaping. in the start.

Summary:
this build need loots of assists. so going lane with a good ranger is preffered.
