Ive never had a problem chasing anyone early game, thats why I have speed quints. As for getting away, its not really useful early game anyway so I find that it is not very useful. I would rather have the scaling percent damage from Reckoning as well as the added damage from Righteous Fury rather then moving alittle faster.

exactly....for the utility of its speed boost....

Because you have no need for its hp restore. It doesnt do that much at all. So why get it other then for its utility of speed boost.

Why on god's green earth would you not get your heal until level 13....

True, but it also cuts LS, any healing that anyone uses is cut in half which gives you an advantage.

This is a pretty well set out guide. I'm not too sure about the 4 dagger straight out build though. Also, Wicked Hatchet only does well against healers like warwick and mundo.
Other than that, pretty solid guide.
