Hi welcome to my Shen guide, Shen is one of the funniest champs in LoL, because well you can take a lot of damage, and well nuke someone down at the same damn time -Future. This guide is for shen at the top lane, i will do jungle guides as well with him. -o BioHaz

ok so Top lane is important, so who else to send but shen? the best tank in the game. with harassing with your Q the whole time you get their hp down and along with healing yourself. It is important to get R as quick as you can so you can help with ganks.. etc.. thats why i get Teleport so once the gank is over you can tele back to your tower(or mid if its getting attacked)

I use all Health runes, to get that 1k hp at start
