Alot of urgots i see fail at end game.
Why is this you ask?
Simple they don't farm well, they don't kill enough early, and they dont build to accent the character well.
This urgot is a Tank, Attacker Hybrid.
The Frozen Mallet+Red Buff+Terror=One hell of a slow.
Urgots main goal is to swap a poor twitch, ashe, sivir like character into his team while calmly walking back to his team while being chased down.
Now that you have swapped into 4 champions you know your team will make it a 4v5. Your job is to activate Terror, and grenade the opposing team for a 40% slow while you get back into position to fight.
I personally like the Infinity Edge to seal the deal but you can swap the IE and Force of Nature for any 2 item combo.

FOR EXAMPLE:
Malady Madreds for tank pwnage
Starks Black Cleaver to give the person you attack super negative armor
Force of Nature Omen makes you full tank with some support.
Warmoggs and Rylais/Rod of Ages, Nothing wrong with getting more life leads to damage
Or Locket Starks and be an aura *****.
Infinity Edge Bloodthirster for some extra damage if needed.
