This build will lead you to great success. You must not be the first in the battle, that is like a death sentence. the best way to play Teemo is sort of like a "clean-up crew" stay behind the enemy while still dealing damage so now they are stuck in a tight spot with 2 options fight to the death or leave and die trying. Also once you get those precious stacks play extremely safe those stacks are precious. This build gave me over 930 AP!!!
