Mordekaiser's base damage is off his E thats why i maxed it first his W is for being defensive making him much harder to kill. The item its very unique i know he seems like a mage but hes a lil bit like Rumble he needs to have a bunch of armor and Magic Resist and still be able to do a bunch of damage. If you build this way you will have a bunch of damage off abilities plus be extremely hard to kill. This build would seem much better than most if you ask me.
