I'm sorry but your guide is very bad as it is right now. Your runes are completely messed up, you don't need 2x runes for each thing because they wont make a difference.
You say this is a support guide (?), but the only item that would matter for a support you only build late game.
There's a reason why people don't build AD Taric, he scales with ability power and armor, anything good you might think he does with attack speed and attack damage, he can do 939038901x better with ability power and armor.
Also, you don't show enough content to support your choices or justify them.

I'll remember this ^.^ And as for the content issue. For someone whose just starting up and is trying to go for a more simplistic style. I feel like the content should display more then tell. I don't know if that carries in the actual guide but do give me time to adjust and grow as I write more and more of these. I appreciate your advice and will make sure to fix said issues in the near future.
