Im sure its a good build, but im in elo hell, so I am stuck with feeding noobs.

If you mean that you can buy more Armor than yes. It depends on the enemy-team! If you mean whether there is something missing and I would goon writing it, than no. If you want to have more input, ask me, I will help you ;)
