At the beginning what i like to do is try to steal the enemy blue with your smite. If it doesnt work make sure that you ward it so you atleast have a timer for it. Then if you stole it just try to get it everytime it spawns to set back the enemy jungler. If the steal was a fail go strait to your wraiths and wolfes then go back and do your blue. Try to give your red to your adc all the time because i dont really think you need it that. ALWAYS try to have a blue buff on you or atleast ultil you have some mana items. Early Taric is very squishy so ruching your Spirit Of The Ancient Golem is a very good idea. Them Iceborn Gauntlet for the AP, Mana and the active.

To gank top and bot try to come in from behind and stun their adc or their top laner to alow your laner(s) to deal as much damage as possible before the stun wears off. If your laner(s) is low heal them with your q. Remember that your w gives extra armor to you and nearby allies so some armor is defenetly recomended. To start a gank go in and e then w and q your low allies. if you have ult go in and e then r then w and then heal your low allies.

In team fights you can easily stun the enemy adc and let your team blow them up or just protect your adc with your heal and your w passive. Taric also has a very good engage because of his tankyness and can just go in and e r w to engage a fight.

Late game you should be able to fight anyone 1 v 1 if you stole all the enemy blues to make the enemy jungle fall back. You can also be a support with your heal and a fighter with the ability power you got from your items.
