Well HalfSpoon i listened your advice and i changed my masteries and replaced Frozen heart with Banshee veil.I put frozen heart in situational items cuz i still found it viable but thank you a lot for help and i rep. :P
Hey XDME u are right Caitlyn is a great lane partner to Taric,but those are just my best 3.There are many ad carries who are great with Taric for example:

-Urgot-he can land a bomb easy when target is stunned.
-Graves-quickdash and buckshot.
-Miss Fortune-Can cast Make it rain spell or ult when target is stunned.
-Ezreal-Can ulti easy.But Taric + Ezreal in lane is very ****.
-Sivir-Great combination of ultimates.
-Caitlyn-yes she can place a trap under target when it is stunned.

I just found those three more effective with Taric on lane, plus rarely someone who play Cait will place a trap under stunned target mostly they will use Q which is not so usefull.Even if she land trap my three are still better.Corki can activate E and land an easy Q.Ashe can arrow and volley and constantly slow.Vayne get ult Q and stun target.Anyway thank you for reading and commenting.

At the runes-part, we, the readers, cant see what runes you use, maybe you should find out how to write the rune-name so the ones reading your guide can see what runes you use.

Also, as have been said before, look your guide though again, and remember to put spaces after dots, ig: "I am very nice.You are also nice" becomes "I am vey nice. You are also nice".

I'm just starting ranked and support is where it's at. Been doing good with Soraka and Leona Tanky/support kill lane. Going to be using Taric soon. My question is basicly, what are good areas to use CV, i know the buffs are always but when you know they are down and what not, where would be good spots to use it. Has anyone made a CV map like they have for wards? Thank you and nice guide.

Hey thanks for comment well i dont know did anyone made cv map but your main places to cv would be golems,lizards,baron,dragon its also good when enemy escape in bush or smth u cv also if you pushed your lane a bit and u dont have wards cv those river bushes where you can be ganked from thats about that i dont really know what to say anymore anyway tnx for reading and commenting. :P

I like this build.
Personally I get Mana Manipulator right after Aegis and get Exhaust, not CV (always buying lots of wards) but besides that I follow your guide :)

This guide has some useful information in it, but its missing alot. i like the build order but it dosnt have good flex for magic resistance early on. Also i have noticed I tend to do better getting heal second then shatter.

good job so far though

you dont need cv, u need exhaust. u dont rush locket, u rush shurelyias for shurelyia stun onto enemy carrys out of position. u need to get heal 2nd to counter their harass, u need to change your whole guide. you say zekes is just optional, its awesome with a kayle or anyone who benefits off AS; vayne, etc.

i dont like this and i have no idea why its #1 guide.

It's nice guide but I wonder if there could be in ur build Mercury's Treads instead of Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Zeke's Herald instead of Banshee's Veil.
There'll be 25 mr, 125hp and 375 mana less and u will not have passive from Banshee's Veil but u'll get Zeke's Herald bonus.

What do u think about this?
