Taric is a Semi-tank, he can take some damage but he can't initate or keep enemies busy! But since he is a support people often want to target and kill you first! Especially with aura's, which turns the focus away from most other DPS'ers. But an Uber-tank? With your build you may get a lot of AP, but let me tell you that AP + Heal does not make you a tank! You can't handle the focus with all the CC, so you're just as squishy as a caster. Oh and DPS? You said yourself you couldn't kill your target without help!

I lol'd, yet you talk so much about your combo's with Pantheon and Sion. This is a teamplaying game, you have to rely on someone else to win the game. The DPS'ers, the Supports, and the Tank, all of them has to rely on each other to win the game!

DPS - Needs tank to initate and suck up damage, needs support for boost + heal.
Tank - Needs DPS to kill and win the game, needs support to stay alive.
Support - Needs DPS to kill and win the game, needs tank to suck up damage.

Yet you do not focus on Imbue at all, AP is something but why level out Dazzle? it's pointless. If you want that solitude you're looking for and going all AP I actually recommend playing Sion instead of Taric. But I can respect that, AP Taric is not bad at all.. just not so durable and easily killed <in comparison> to aura-wh0re's.

You're getting Nashor's Tooth, Mercury's Treads/Sorcerer's Shoes, <Mejai's Soulstealer>, and... that's it?
I had something similar, I changed it for a reason.. Full focus = Dead Taric, unless they are complete newbs.

sorry your right, i fixed those skill sets.... But Taric is a MEAN tank even with this setup... Because you can attack the **** out of him, he can heal himself for a LOT of HP. and with his final, it keeps him healed like Mundo...

Also this Taric is better for 3v3 not for 5v5... in 5v5 you can be the AURA slave to help everyone out. But this is for the Taric that doesn't like to rely on anyone else besides himself...

Also You neglected the fact that you start the game with 25% cooldown reduction. so when you get Nashor's now your at 50%... most your spells go from 10-14 seconds to 5-7 seconds... And your heal gets reduced by 2 sec every time you do a physical attack.

So can a Taric Tank Annie, Hell yea Annie cant heal and runs out of mana quickly. Besides Taric can lane longer and keep himself healed. A nice stun / shield blast will force annie to back off some, then when annie nukes you just heal, and repeat rape on Annie til she dies or goes back to base... Usually ignite is a good finisher. for this combo...

Yes, i agree this build will be deadly but for sure you will not be uber tank with it neither DPS.
Let's see.
AP - very high so will make your spells hit nicely... oh sorry... spell.. since your offensive capabilities end up on a stun, you might count the shatter but the cd of 16 sec on all lvls will make it a supportish tool more than a dps tool.
OK now if we consider your only offensive spell dazzle it will deal tons of damage and stun for (0.5-2s - if we consider medium number we will end up with 1.25s stun on averange) than you have 10 sec before it cools down. (yeye cdr... 6 sec cooldown but you need to have ALL THE ITEMS which you will not achieve that frequently, so more or less lets count nashor only 25% = 7.5s.) so you will have 7.5s white damage whacking, you will get a bit better with LB but it procs only every 3 sec and you need to cast spells.
So yea i agree you will have some kick, but also after initial stuff you will be useless exept standing and healing other since you will not be a tank... no no your:

runes for AP, it's a good idea to go with Mpen as you go full AP build Taric. Especialy if you consider using ninja tabi's. Item setup is ok.
Skill order, this is a diferent story.
How many games did you play with this champ? Not much i must say since you cant even put your skills in good order.
You can't get lvl 5 shatter on lvl 8, you cant get 3rd ulti on lvl 15.
