Taric: the master of all trades
Will Tiamat's splash damage work with Taric's passive ?
Im not completely sure (it probably does), but the item itself would not be worth building for Taric. There are so many other amazing items you can make for him that give more Manaregen and are cheaper
And btw, nice build :)
