Chapter 1
I've tried other builds on here for an AD Yaric and didn't quite find them very effective. After very very many days and games of experimenting, i finally found a good balance between survivability and damage output.
I've summed up the items you're want, but there are some small tweaks, or large if you so please, that you can do. Such as when building your Aegis at the start, you can get null magic mantle before cloth armor as an example. I usually get beserker greaves to increase damage output considering Taric doesnt have a very high natural attack speed. But if you prefer Merc treads when going up against teams with alot of CC, then pick your poison.
Although you're squishy at the start of the game, Taric has some great buffs and debuffs, so it's very important to team fight very well, which means, being with your team.
People often debate whether to shatter the armor, or keep it for your own protection. The cases vary from time to time, But i usually shatter it because A.) It causes some decent damage, and debuffs armor, which is great for Taric, so you can start hacking away. B.) it only removes half of your buff. You'll notice that Taric gains armor for himself, and he also gains the armor from the other half of his buff (surrounding teammates) and finally C.) in a teamfight, this will greatly help your team, since it's an AoE, it will lower all the surrounding enemy's armor, leaning the team fight, in your favor.

Although Taric is a great AD champ, dont expect to get all the kills for your team, especially when playing with champions such as Yi, for example. As i mentioned before, Taric's attack speed doesnt increase much with level, so it can be hard to get the last hit, unless you time shatter, or your ult well, which can be done.
