Alright, the cheatsheet is significantly better now, so I am changing to no vote. However, you still have a few issues.

First, your skill order is messed up. You have Shatter maxed at level 8 and another point in Imbue at 9. Probably backwards.
Second, masteries can still be improved.
Third, you have no health potion in the starting items.

If I ever play Taric, this will be the way I go. Looking forward to seeing more.

Oh boy, a top-lane Taric guide. Haven't seen one of these in a while. Unforutunately, this one has more issues than it does upsides. I could've worded that better but I don't care.

Pros

• Fairly good cheat sheet. However, in your first example build, I suggest swapping Sunfire Aegis for Warmog's Armor.
• I love top-lane Taric so I like seeing guides for him, but you don't get any bonus points for it. Sorry :(

Cons

• Although fairly good, the cheat sheet could use work. Doran's Shield is the best start, hands down. Sunfire Aegis should be purchased first or not at all.
• Runes are subpar. Nine hybrid pen marks give more penetration in both sides than your current setup. Additionally, magic resist glyphs are better than CDR glyphs in top-lane. Quite a few top-laners do a surprising amount of magic damage.
• You explain basically nothing. This is the big thing. Don't just say they the build should speak for itself; the main purpose of a guide is to help newcomers to the champion. If you don't explain your items, they will not know why you chose them.
• Skill order is garbage. Max Shatter by level 9, and either Imbue or Dazzle by 13; it's personal preference, really. I prefer Imbue, but that's just me.
• Masteries aren't very good. I personally recommend taking these masteries instead, although it's your decision. If you don't take them, at least take Reinforced Armor . It lowers the damage of an ADC by so much it's not even funny. Also, Enchanted Armor sucks.
• The guide is pretty short, seeing as you don't explain anything.

Additional Comments!

I love seeing top-lane Taric, and I think I have said this before. However, I really dislike it when people build him incorrectly, or if their builds could be greatly improved upon.

Verdict!

I'm sorry, but this guide has too many downsides for me to do anything other than downvote.

Make the changes I suggest, and I will probably change my vote. Even if you don't change your build, please at least explain it, and I will change to no vote.

Ohh, not so bad of a guide :D. I like the way you started and built Taric. But you should put some more pictures in your guide and make it look kind of more tidy and nicer :P.
