Introduction

Hai all guys!
This is my first build, so don't expect so much from me, but with this build, if you can play Taric well, you'll pnw people, help a lot your team, and also keep in lane for as much you want (at least if you don't get ganked from all the enemy team :/)!
This is also a build for TARIC AP/SUPPORT/OFF-TANK (ALL 3 TOGETHER!)
Let's start with the Pros and Cons!

Pros and Cons

Pros:
-You can keep in lane for also 20 minutes, if not ganked from a lot of people!
-You can make your allies explode from the healthness, with your 500+ heals!
-You can stun people, and it's really, REALLY, useful!
-You have full Cooldown Reduction, so your skills have got a few CD, and your ultimate is ready in 36 SECONDS!
-You gain mana every basic attack you give!
-Your cooldown on the heal is reduced everytime you use a basic attack! (1 second for minions/monsters/towers hit;3 seconds for champion hit)!
-Less mana you have, faster you regen it!
-YOU'RE ****ING EPIC!
-You can keep alive also if running away with enemies behind, if you can coordinate your heal and stuns well!

Cons:
-In the early, you've got ENORMOUS cooldowns, so you're really vulnerable!
-In the early, you don't deal so much damage, so you're not so useful... That's why you've got to bring up to max the heal, so you can be useful for allies, and yourself too!
-In the early, you finish very quickly your mana, because your skills cost a lot!
-If you don't get that ****ing Athene's Unholy Grail, you're blown! SO GET IT!

As you understood, the early game with Taric is a real SH1T...

Runes

Choose by yourself the runes:
I use some Magic Resistance, some Armor, some Magic Penetration, and some AP, decide by yourself how much Rune's type use!
I use this set because it gives you some resistances, but it helps you with a few more AP than the usual and the Magic Penetration gives a lil sustain for the early damage.

Masteries

I'm based mostly on the Utility, because you'll need to do money and help the others, so you need AP and Magic Pen, but you also need mana and mana regen, so you've got almost all the points in Utility... The point in Offense is to reduce the resistance of the enemies with the Exhaust... You can also put it somewhere else by the way.

Items

Starting with a Faerie Charm for the Mana Regen. and 1 Mana Pot. and 1 Health Pot, if needed, plus 3 wards. Use that Faerie Charm to buy the Chalice of Harmony. Buy a Fiendish Codex and then finally complete your Athene's Unholy Grail! THAT FAMOUS INDISPENSABLE ITEM!!! The Ionian's Boots of Lucidity will help you reducing that annoying cooldowns, with the Nashor's Tooth! After that, you should buy the Archangel's Stuff, to give you Mana Regen, Mana, and AP. The Twin Shadows and the Runic Bulwark are an help to tank more! The Elixir are the end, when you're full build and you just don't know what to buy! xD

Skill Sequence

Look at the top xD
You must bring your heal at the maximum level as soon as possible, but if you need to stun more, pick the stun, if you need more Armor, pick the Shatter. Always pick the Ultimate when you can.

Summoner Spells

Flash is for saving yourself when you're in the sh*t. The Exhaust is to help your team mates to finish the enemy team, if they're beating you too much, or they're escaping from your hammer!

Farming

In the early, it's hard for you to farm, you must be careful of the enemies, and try to don't get hit. The minions go to the adc, and when he needs heals you must be ready. When you'll reach the full CD reduction, you can also use your ultimate to farm with an AoE damage, since you've got it every 36 ****ing seconds!! XD

Summary

Pwning is your key word.
I don't think it will work for the Dominions, I never tried before, but it should work well for 5vs5 normal and 3vs3 normal.
By the way, in the early you're extremely vulnerable and weak... You just need to kill and assist (more assists, better), help allies, and they'll help you (if they're not morons), and you'll get all the items to pwn people. In the late game, you'll be really useful to all, and you'll deal A LOT of damage, so you also can get easy kills! (Obviusly never try to steal kills just because you deal over 9000)
Thanks for using this build, thumbs up or down, and tell me what're you think about it and why! :3
