Spells:
Heal

Summoner Skills
Flash: This has saved my life more than I like to admit and is great for when you find yourself out of position.
Clairvoyance: I only take this when we have a jungle who is going to be buying wards too or is buying a Wriggles Lantern.
Masteries
- 4/4 Mental Force (a little early damage is nice)
- 4/4 Sorcery (Cooldown Reduction yes please!)
- 1/1 Arcane Knowledge (more damage sweet)
Utility:
- 1/1 Summoners Insight (Flash and CV)
- 3/3 Expanded Mind (more mana and fills into Meditation)
- 3/3 Meditation (+3 mana per/5 is going to let you support the lane longer)
- 1/1 Scout (why not get more vision out of all those wards you bought)
- 4/4 Swiftness( 2% extra movement speed all game I feel is better than taking 4/4 greed and only getting 360 gold after 30min)
- 4/4 awareness (%5 more XP uhhh YES please)
- 1/1 Sage ( more XP for kills and assists why thank you)
- 3/3 Intelligence ( more CDR you're too kind)
- 1/1 Mastermind ( Flash and Heal more often is it my birthday?)
