Tryndamere Passive Ability
Introduction
Ok, I am aware that Tryndamere is NOT meant to be played this way. Tryndamere is a char relying heavily on critical hits, he can be a very strong AD carry, able to quadra - pentakill easily, if the enemy team doesn't heavily CC him to shut him down.
However,
Since his rework, Tryndamere had many changes:
1) He now has a Rage bar. And not only critical hits makes it charge, but also each attack / kills.
2) His Bloodlust now has a totally different equation for healing.
3) Spinning Slash does Physical damages now.
This build is just the natural evolution of the old troll build : Tryndamere AP.
Now, let's see what is new.
Recently, supports have been hit hard, so champions with in-built healing abilities may have an advantage at laning.
And well, good news everyone!
Tryndamere DOES have a new, great, Heal.
See for yourself:
30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 + (1.5 per ability power) + (0.65 / 1.15 / 1.65 / 2.15 / 2.65 per 1 fury consumed)
The third part of the equation is somewhat good, but look at the second part.
1.5 per ability power
With 300 AP, 40 cd, you will heal roughly for 70 + 450 + (2.65 per 1 fury consumed) every 7 sec.
Mundo is jealous now. (But not Volibear, heh.)
Edit: Trynda's heal will be nerfed in the next patch, but only the "per rage stack" part. So it seems that the AP part will stay intact, and we can still trollheal ourselves. Even better : tryndamere has been hit because he was able to solotop, which he was not designed for, and thanks to this trollbuild, you still can!

Ok, ok, now, calm down.
You see, the new Tryndamere has now 2 cool properties:
- he can heal outside of battle.
- he relies on attack speed too now.
Now let's see what the old tooth provides us?
- attack speed (now this will charge the rage bar)
- cooldown reduction (really useful, especially for the heal and the spinning slash)
- AP (same thing)
- mana regen (this will... uuuh...)
But as you can see, Tryndamere can use 75% of this item.
Now why Nashor's tooth, and not Guinsoo's?
Because Guinsoo's Rageblade needs to be charged, does not give cooldown reduction and none of it's component are really cheap.
But this is a fun build, if you wish you can build a Guinsoo or a Hextech Gunblade on Tryndamere but i would not recommand it.
Also Tryndamere AP does not benefit of Spellvamp now.

Very well, have some options then.
We still need a lot of CDR, also attack speed, AP or AD.
If you don't make a Nashor, don't start with a book, try a sword, or just boots, don't forget your health pots.
Ionians are still the best choice here, you need that CDR,
next you may want a Brutalizer/ Youmuu and a Spirit Visage.
This way you will have a lot of CDR, more damages and crit, and also Magic resistance and + 15% on your heal.
