This is a strong build for Xin Zhao that makes your damage output through the roof, while still making you next to impossible to kill. The "Trinity Force" and the "Wit's End" are usually not in the build (teams surrender before I can build them), but I threw them in because it has happened before. Once you complete your "Bloodrazor" and "Phantom Dancer" it all starts rolling downhill. The other team drops like rocks and you can make several clean kills before turning to make a run for it. Without the last 2 items, I facerolled through 3 of their 5 teammates by myself (they found me in the jungle), and almost killed the 4th. I had 30% of my HP remaining and the 2 left standing took off running. This was without any runes and the opposing team was by no means poor.

I choose "Heal" as one of my summoner spells because at level 18 it REALLY comes in handy, especially if they are trying to focus you down 1st. It can be used at the last second to turn a fight around, and the large HP it gives you takes a while to fall off with ~50% dodge and over 100 Magic resist.

What really makes this build work is Xin Zhao himself. Not only is he a melee character who can keep people from escaping (via charge and 3TS), but he also gets a free 35-70% attack speed increase... which, when activated, puts you over the attack speed cap with a Bloodrazor... always good. On-hit effects are applied on charge and his Crecent sweep, meaning Bloodrazor will trigger against all enemies he hits with those effects. The "Phage" at end-game is really more for a little HP/Damage. You dont really need the slow.

With 3 Items: Bloodrazor, Boots, and Phantom Dancer, you can take ANY character 1v1. End game (4-5 of 6 items), depending on how well you can dance, you can go 1v3 or even 1v4 and still come out alive with 2 or more kills. The extra speed built into the Phantom Dancer will let you chase people or escape.
