Its my second teemo build .i test it and it work very well for me , if you will wanna have more armor pen cause you dont need so much crit dmg dont worry youcan :) for players who dont like frozen mallet and usually go much on lizard(sam effect + burning) delete it and take black cleaver in his place, gl and hf , by Pan Killer.Gl testers , the boots you can choose wise , use swiftness to be faster, berserker to more attack speed or mercury to reduce time of unfriendly stuns , snares, slowes and negative things like this .Use lizard as much as you can and golem , it will helps a lot . gl and hf testers.
