Introduction

Hi, this is the first guide I've ever done and I'm going to be working on it slowly. Teemo is one of my favorite champions and I love playing him, mostly in 3v3. My goal here is to focus on making Teemo's basic attacks, blinding dart, and mushrooms very powerful while at the same time getting enough CDR to be able to **** out mushrooms like there's no tomorrow. I'll post the incomplete guide to let people add input and what not, and if there is an interest, I'll finish it more quickly.

Pros / Cons

Pros:

1: Fast
2: Can provide decent support
3: Can stealth
4: has low CD ult

Cons:

1: Typically targeted first
2: Items such as Hextech sweeper can hinder
3: Burst Champions with strong gap closers can ruin your day (i.e. Xin Zhao)
4: Tends to rely on mushrooms, so needs to be level six to really be effective.

Runes

The armor runes and the scaling Magic resist are for added survivability because teemo is squishy. The magic Pen. are for increasing damage and the movement speed is for help staying out of range of your opponents.
