I'm threeway and this is my first build.
I'm not so good in English, so I'll excuse me when there are some verbal- or gammarfaults and please comment me the faults so I can change them and also when I can make something better in my build.

Starting with the Runes
At first I've chosen the "Greater Mark of Might" which gave you 0.13 AD (9 * 0.13 = 1.17) at the first lvl up to 2.34 AD (9 * 2.34 = 21.06) at the final 18th lvl.
Secondly you can see the "Greater Seal of Defense" which gave you 0.15 Armor (9 * 0.15 = 1.35) at the first lvl up to 2.7 Armor (9 * 2.7 = 24.3) at lvl 18.
The next type of Runes that I've chosen are the "Greater Glyph of Shielding" with 0.15 Magic Resist (9 * 0.15 = 1.35) at the beginning and 2.7 Magic Resist (9 * 2.7 = 24.3) at the final lvl.
As quintessence runes I've chosen three runes:
The Greater Quintessence of Vigor which gave you 2.7 Health Regen / 5 Sec
The Greater Quintessence of Fortitude which gave you 26 Health
The Greater Quintessence of Alacrity which gave you 3.4% Attack Speed
Offensive = 21
3 skills to Brute Force to get some AD
1 skill to Butcher to do a little bonus Damage to minions and monsters
4 skills to Alacrity to get 4% more of Attack Speed
1 skill to Weapon Expertise to get +10% Armor Penetration
4 skills to Deadliness to earn +0.5 AD / lvl
1 skill to Lethality to get +10% Critical Strike Damage
3 skills to Vampirism to get 3% of Life Steal
3 skills to Sunder to get +6 Armor Penetration
1 skill to Executioner to get to increase the damage dealt by 6% to targets below 40% Health
Defense = 9
1 skill to Summoner's Resolve increses Health by 10%
1 skill to Resistance to get +2 Magic Resist
3 skills to Hardiness to get +6 Armor
3 skills to Vigor to get +3 Health Regen / 5 Sec
1 skill to Veteran's Scars to get +30 Health
Comming to the Skill Sequence
Because this is an AD Teemo Build I'm not going to skill the "Blinding Dart" as fast as in other Builds, because you need AP to make Damage with it, so I decided to skill it as second Sequence just to provoce and to blind the targets.
I also decided to skill fast the "Toxic Shot" because my kills I really often get because of those shots.
Something that is also really important for Teemo is, when you are really low life or you must follow a target to kill him, you'll need the "Move Quick" Sequence.
The Ulti "Noxious Trap" slows your targets and make also an AP Damage, you also can use them really well as a little ward, for the blues, reds, dragon and barron.
I've chosen these Summoner Spells, because I play a bit more offensive so it can be that I'm low life, so I got my heal.
The Ignite I use at the last moment to kill targets and that really quickly with serval Toxic Shots and Ignite, nobody has a chance :P
