Captain Teemo - Prepare for total decimation.
Teemo is a very fast and very strong and effective champion. He can easily control a lane with harassment, push a tower, and completely destroy anyone in a 1v1. Read the guide before playing him please because there is key strategies to know for this build.

Pros-

Very fast runner if there's trouble coming his way
Can burn someone to no health almost instantly
Nearly invincible when barely fed
Can wipe out an entire team before they even know what happened
Excellent damage output
Great survivabillity for being Teemo

Cons-

Squishy early game
Very vulnerable to CC
Easy to harass early game.
Item Dependant

The rune setup is pretty self explanatory honestly.
- For the abillity to just burn through anyone no matter what kind of armor they have if they even have any.
- Mainly for early game 1v1 type situations and very nice harassment early on and for getting the last hits and maybe even some KSs to get money early on teehee(:
- These are specifically for blinding dart pretty much because when an enemy is blinded by it they miss almost every time plus with your dodge from your masteries its very difficult for them to hit you. Plus blinding dart does some good damage(:

YOU WANT THE MID! ALWAYS! Always demand to mid at the character selection screen. Don't give in if someone else is begging for it. Being in the mid is crucial to your build because you are quite item dependent early on until you get your http://cdn2.mobafire.com/image

Once the game starts try and buy youras fast as possible and hurry to the middle lane. stand off to one of the sides of the lane about 3/4ths of the way between the your turret and their turret. You should be stealthed right past where the bushes in the mid end. Just follow the lines drawn depending on which side you spawn on.
now you wait for your prey. Let the minions engage and let the other team's mid champion push just past you then spring out and attack him as much as possible and chase him back a little. if he starts to damage you too badly Flash away and run back to your turret. If you think you can pick up the kill use your Exhaust and try and kill him. NEVER CHASE INTO TURRET RANGE! your not superman just yet. the turret will destroy your face. Now wether you get the kill or not just farm the minions by only last hitting them until you have enough for anotherthen return to the lane and continue farming until you have enough for your third and final. Once you have those you can easily harass your enemy and continue last hitting minions and buying the rest of the items in the item sequence. If you are close to having enough money for an item sell one of yourfor the money you can do this with other items too. If you're close to having enough money sell aand get the item. Refer to the Shrooming chapter for Shroom Placement.

Hopefully by this point you should be somewhere between lvl 10-14 depending on how well youve been doing. you should at least have up too aand if your doing good a niceat this point you can pretty easily burn through almost anyone then scamper away to the great anger of the enemy team(: just continue farming minions and buying the items and be careful not to push too far forward and get caught in the middle of their entire team or you will be killed. I combined the mid/late game areas into one because they're bassically the same strategy. Just stay with your team and push lanes and buy items haha. Feel free to gank if you see an enemy with low health. I usually barely get to lvl 18 before winning the game due to the enemy's surrender lol.

Now, Most people rely very heavily on teemo's shrooms and don't get me wrong they are very awesome and effective but i just dont rely very much on them. i place my key ones in the bushes in the mid so i don't get ganked and then just place the rest for scouting. Most the time you'd almost rather the person not pop the shrooms because they are amazing scouting tools. Here's a little map of where i place my shrroms for scouting purposes mainly.
Its always good and helpful to place a shroom in front of you if you're being chased by an enemy as they will most likely pop it slowing them giving you the time to get away(: and you should occasionally place shrooms in the middle of a lane for team fights or minion control purposes.
