Yeah, it just depends on the other team, i find this order to be effective in most gameplay, but you can tweak it accordingly.
If you happen to drop the boots for Lich Bane keep in mind that poison dart is NOT considered a Magic so the following physical attack will not do the sape as you MP, so I suggest to pop down a mushroom before your first attack fire your physical, than use your poison dart for a blind for 3 secs, that will also allow them to close the range and hit your mushroom. Its a nice little combo.

nice, even tho in summoners rift i build Deathcap before voidstaff, since it adds ALOT of damage to your shrooms, and in the beginning, most people don't stack up immidiatly in MR... but i deff. get it later! rest i sort of do the same as you, really good build! +1

Works way better then the other AP build i always used (The hybrid AP build).

It has both that BOOM from the shroom, and health to survive at least 1 of Trynd's hits.
A shame i never got to Rabadons, people tend to surrender due to stepping in traps every 3 seconds.

To be honest it works for either, But in dominion you will never accumulate all of these items, i usually only get to warmogs, not enough time :/ and I skip the philos stone.

Cool build, but I can see it to work in dominion better than in Twisted Treeline or Summoner's Rift!
