Sup

This guide is pretty much for the build alone. Below is some explanations and stats for the items I've chosen, but I don't plan to do much besides that. Will be updating with a jungling build later maybe just for fun... We'll see :D

Itemz


Berserker's Greaves : Decent amount of early-game Attack Speed. A great cheap item to get you that quick mobility.

Malady / Wit's End Combo : Together these items give your basic attacks 62 bonus magic damage. Add on top of that the 71 magic damage you are inflicting with a rank 5 Toxic Shot (50 + 21 from 57 AP at level 18), and that is 133 additional damage behind your attacks.
Also, after 4 basic attacks in a row you will be gaining 20 Magic Resist while the enemy you are repeatedly shooting now has 24 less MR.

Executioner's Calling : Gives a decent amount of Life Steal and some Critical Chance, but also bolsters Toxic Shot's DoT without the use of AP. With this item, you will be dealing 40 magic damage per second for 4 seconds (Rank 5 Toxic Shot + Executioner's Calling + 6 from 57 AP at level 18) and then 16 more over the next 4 seconds.
Add on a healing debuff for an active and you have a very useful Teemo item that is relatively cheap.

Madred's Bloodrazor : Coupled with your now ridiculously high Attack Speed, you can deal some incredible damage very quickly with this item's passive. Also helps you out defensively with some Armor. If you plan on getting red buffs throughout the game, you might consider buying a Madred's Razors at an earlier point of the game to help out.

Frozen Mallet : After you complete this item, you will be 700 health bulkier and be able to dish out a constant 30% slow. Nuff said.

If the game is still going on after your Frozen Mallet and you're sitting on a fair amount of cash, it might be worth it to sell your Executioner's Calling and pick up another item.

If the enemy team has started stocking up a lot of Magic Resist to counter your on-hit magic damage and Madred's Bloodrazor, you might want to pick up a Void Staff. Otherwise, simply pick up whatever you feel is most benefitial at that stage of the game (maybe a Guardian Angel or some other defensive item).
