you build archangel's last? and for what purpose? I mean even with cool down reduction you won't be planting enough shrooms to run oom at that point.

your grammar is awful...spelling is awful...even if english is not your primary language spell check should do most of the work for you.

your runes are for super shrooms I get it but..man you have to be SUPER dodgy to avoid getting ONE shot killed.

Since you seem reasonable, I'll help you out a bit. Here's your first chapter (In proper English):

Hi! I want to share my build because I get asked frequently for a build for Teemo, and what I really like is that he can turn a game around no matter what! Even though the other team says he is OP, HE IS NOT! They just don't know how to counter his mushrooms. The other team can't buy enough wards to find all your mushrooms, unless the support spends all his money on Pinks, which ends up leaving the other team without a good support because he has no money. Even Oracle's Elixir doesn't work all the time, as shrooms are hidden in bushes and you can't see them before it's too late. Teemo is a very hard champion to truly counter, and trying to fight him is a really bad idea -- unless you want to die!

But he is about damage and he is squishy but there is one reason i let him squishy ... Late game he is fast as hell you dont need hold up when you run off and create nice mushroom road what kill enemies or if you're skilled enought to kill ADC in blind time ... in Team fight you run into it place most possioble count of mushrooms even of price you will die ... but you win team fight maybe give your team score an ace ... and this teemo is not solotop is rather mid or bot and he is not easy to play i think i mentoied it he is squishy even wrote it in cons but he is damager AS hell and basics do nice damage too ... really enjoy that damage even without it.

Anyway yeah its not my elementary language but i try when i can i ask someone skilled to help me fix these issues but i dont want say with title is 100% completed its anyway even half way but this title says its FULL ap teemo no full guide didnt see full ap teemo without items what corrupt his total damage. so i have work on it agree not 100% completed,

I think the item section is pretty good, but that's about it. You stack your runes way too much, I'd recommend Scaling MR Glyphs at least, as you're going to be squishy as hell all game (early pokes will destroy you). Also, a more proper mastery set would 22-8-0 or a 21-0-9 to give you some damage without mushrooms as well as a little sustain.

Finally, I understand that english is not your first language, but I'd try as hard as possible to get all your grammatical errors fixed. Not only that, but if you advertise a "FULL" guide, it needs to be 100% complete, not what you have.

Yeah i know sorry for that when i get my time i will definetly repair my mistakes and redone graphics too make it more comfortable and nice for reading :) anyway i am glad you like it. :)

You kinda need help with your grammar, but the build itself is pretty nice.
