I play Teemo like an average guy, not the best, not the worst. But when I scored 34 kills and a Penta I stated thinking, Glass Cannon is FUN! Now, this build is NOT for everyone, in fact its only for the extremely BALLSY people! This build focuses on Teemo and nothing more than a massive AP bruiser that can counter almost any Attack Speed AD Carry. The idea is that you hit them with Blind then kill them in those 2 seconds!

Early Game: POKE POKE POKE!

What's more annoying than Teemo's E, HIS Q! This build focuses on the Q blind more than anything! So your entire early game is POKE AND RUN! Crazy, maybe, effective, YES! Once you poke them down W and charge them with a final Q and some basic attacks, IGNITE IS YOUR FRIEND!



Mid Game: Slows and Shrooms!

By now you should have your Crystal Scepter and be working on your DeathCap. Use the Added slows on your Q to your advantage, show them then auto attack a lot, W when the slow ends so you can slow them again!

Save at least 1 shroom at all times, and here's why. Shrooms are your friend against any Melee coming to hit you, 1 blind them as they are about to hit you, when they come in close drop a shroom at their feet, then auto attack and watch them DIE! Again, IGNITE IS YOUR FRIEND!

Also use shrooms to ward your area as standard, run if you wont live, attack if you can kill! Your AP Teemo, that shroom just did 1/2 the work!!! Blind the sucker and finish the job!



Late Game: Magic Pen and more Resist Reduction!

By now they know your AP Teemo and Have built some resist to you, time to counter that! Use the prescribed late game items to do just that! Once your Torment is built, you should be sitting around 690-730 AP. You can win almost any 1v1 fight if you do it correctly! Sticking witht the same strategy as before, Blind-Drop Shroom-Auto Attack! for tanks, poke a few times with q before fully engaging.



End Game: TROLOLOLOLOLOL

How successful were you up to this point, got 10K extra in gold? THEN ITS TIME TO TROLL! Sell everything you own (except for the deathcaps) and buy 4 more!
1050+ AP, 1400 damage per shrooms, 950 Blind, massive attack power from E!

IF AT ANY POINT YOU ARE LOOSING HORRIBLY STOP THIS BUILD AND BUILD SOME DEFENSE!

Pros:

-DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!
-Instant death for anyone who steps on your shrooms
-Lots of kills while your downed (with good shroom placement)
-You KS without even trying!


Cons:

-You have will die in 2 sec if ganked or you can't kill them fast enough!
-You will attract lots of unwanted attention and get focused.
-You KS without even trying!
