I recommend these runes, because u will still get a nice AP for start, but to get more ap than with flat ap till lvl 5.

If u know how to play, u dont necessary need other runes and just ap..

I recommend this for people, who are all ready known how to play teemo. Idea of the build, is to make teemo do much dmg as possibly(almost (; )

I recommend AP & AD(like I have chosen) masteries, because that extra dmg is usefull at start.

Max E early as possible, and ulti of course, for mushrooms (;
