Hello there,
This is my first guide ever. First of all I want to say that this is a way of playing teemo and this is the way I like to play him. I wanted to share my thoughts on how to build a hybrid teemo, so here comes.

Pros:
Stealth
Great attack speed with extra onhit damage from toxic shot
Extra movement speed
DOOMSHROOMS

Cons:
Squishy
Low attack speed early in game

(may add more later on)

So you may think why do you use crit runes in a hybrid build instead of any ap or ad runes?
Well the awnser is simple, he does enough damage if you just follow the build i use, and the extra damage you get from the crit runes is just the little extra in hard to follow fights.

Standard offense Teemo with the magic pen and a little bit of survivability in defense.

Start of with a Doran's Blade, go to bot lane and go to the brush, dont go in just stay in the top of the lane and stealth there. wait for your team to get to the brush and get ur first blood. When minions spawn go take the top lane *note If enemy didn't came to the brush be carefull going up, they might be in the brush waiting for you to come up*. Try to to last hit as many of the minions as you can, and dont forget to haras and set up ganks with your stealth. By the time you hit level 6 you should have bought your Berserker's Greaves and if you got lucky with kills a Vampiric Scepter. After this place as many shrooms on key locations on the map to see enemy movement and for some extra damage when enemy walks through them. When in a fight with an enemy champ place a shroom underneath him for some extra damage and a slow if he wants to run, and spam your blinding dart as it comes from your cooldown. Go get your Hextech Gunblade ASAP, it is your life saving and champ killing item with his active. Right after that your Malady, this will boost your attack speed and ability power and it will also do 20 extra magic damage opon hitting your opponent with an auto attack, the passive will also help you do more magic damage as it will decrese the magic resistance of your enemies (this will stack 4 times). After your Malady go for Guinsoo's Rageblade, it will boost your damage and magic damage, the passive will boost your attack speed for each auto attack and each skill use up to 8 stacks, which is great for group battles becouse you will be attacking from a distance with great speed. After that take Frozen Mallet for survivability, with the extra 700 health it is a great item. It also gives you 20 damage and when you hit your enemy it will slow them for 2.5 seconds. Mostly you have won by the time you reach this point, but if you still havn't won sell your Doran's Blade and buy Madred's Bloodrazor. This might even be the best item for your auto attacks, becouse when you combine it with Malady and your Toxic Shot (passive) you will be an unstoppible force. but still be carefull with three enemies tho ;).
