I have been playing AD Teemo for a long time and very well on Summoners Rift so when I stepped into Dominion it was a very different world. I love Teemo so I wanted to find a build that would work for him well in Dominion. It is still a work in progress but I played fairly well with it and I hope it serves you well too.

Marks: I use Magic Pen because you do magic damage and there is not many items that give you additional magic pen. It allows you to do a lot of damage from early game with few damage items.

Seals: The attack speed of Teemo with his magic penetration and damage are what makes him so formidable. I use these to get as much as possible.

Glyphs: The magic resistance is always good as Teemo can be quite sqUishy.

Quints: MORE MAGIC PENETRATION + MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR ENEMIES!!!!!

Recommended:
Flash: Is always useful to escape and move through the map more efficiently. A must have for any squishy.

Ignite: Useful in addition to your poison to kill enemies after the battle is over.

Mercury Treads: In Dominion mobility is everything. Boots is nearly always the first thing you should buy. The Tenacity from the Mercury Treads is very useful for helping Teemo survive attacks that he may not have survived normally. Boots of Mobility are also a useful choice if you don,t think you need the tenacity.

Health Pots: Just in case you get hit hard early and need to hang around to defend a point.

Ionic Spark: Attack Speed and Damage are what this build is about. Along with mushrooms and map control. This item gives you a big boost in AS and Damage and also has a handy Chain Lightning every 4 attacks which is always good for a high attack speed build.

Malady: More attack speed and a bit of AP for those mushrooms and blinding darts. Also the shred of Magic Resistance allows you and your allies to do more damage to the champions that you are attacking. Very good item.

Stark's Fervor: The Life Steal while you are building this item it extremely useful when coupled with blinding dart as it allows you to withstand attacks from any one champion and heal while killing them for a few seconds. The Healing to youself and your team from the aura of this item is also very useful in fights and allows for longer defending between visits to the shop.

Kitae's Bloodrazer: With Madred's Bloodrazer removed from dominion this is the next best thing. Big Damage and Attack Speed boost and the 2.5% Max Health Drain Per Hit is very useful.

Entropy: Damage and Slowing your enemies when they run, Plus some health for a bit more survivability. A very good late game Item.

The Skill Sequence for Teemo is basically to max your poison and therefore your harassing capabilities as soon as possible. Your Blinding Dart is also a powerful Skill as you can auto-attack straight afterwards doing massive burst damage from a fairly long range. Move Quick is an extremely good escaping tool and is also useful when running out of the spawn quickly. Coupled with the speed boosters around the dominion map you can move very quickly through it. Finally your mushrooms are an amazing tool for many things. Setting them up around key points allows you to track your enemies movement in the central part of the map as well as other things that I will explain in the Mushrooms of Death Chapter.

Your Mushrooms are an amazing tools for attacking, defending and escaping and nearly anything else you can think of. They can be placed in the way of Minion waves to farm and allow your minions to advance without the presence of an allied champion. They can be placed throughout a route used often by your enemy so that you can see any attacks coming before they arrive and also place them on the route that you will use to escape so that your pursuer is damaged and slowed while chasing you to allow you to escape or turn around and kill them if they get low enough on health.

Placing Mushrooms at key points on the map such as speed boosters, health regenerators and the central buff crystals can also allow the effects of these to be cancelled and you will know when your enemies are using these resources. With enough Mushrooms around the map you will be able to see nearly every pathway and know where everyone of your opponents is when they are not in their shop.

Teemo is one of the Champions in League of Legends that is effective on both Classic and Dominion game modes. His Auto-attack can be made very powerful with his poison hitting hard both early and late game. His Blinding Dart rendering and other champion that relies on auto-attacks to do damage almost useless for a few seconds. His Mushrooms are amazing in countless situations from farming Minions to setting up ganks. Teemo is an all round great champion and is truly a sexy beast :)
