This is not how the perfect Teemo build is, but this is how i play him, and what i found good with him. So think before you vote.

Pros:

Ok,You start with boots and 3 health pots. This make you fast and good. Upgrade to Berserkers for attack speed and movement speed. Malady is great for 2nd item. Giving attack speed and 42 extra damage, 42 extra and poison is amazing. Then a Bloodrazor make your damage output incredible. If you havent won yet, a witz end make your enemies cry. More damage more fun. A Frozen Mallet for health and slow. Then a Rageblade for ap, as and ad. Making illing a easy job.

Runes aren't that important. The health Quintessences are kinda important. 84 extra health a lvl 1 is awsome. Dodge seals, iv'e escaped alot with theese. Try and you will see. Dodge makes Teemo happy.

Nothing to say, theese are the best. With improved Ghost and Ignite. Everything good with the other points.

I usally go with Ghost and Ignite.

Ghost and Move Quick makes escapes easy.

Ignite for just amazing damage, poison, this build and Ignite is funny.

Other possibles:

Flash, An option for Ghost
Heal, Meh, i survive
Clarity, Mana, i love mana
Exhaust, Allways a winner
Claense, Hohohoho, can't stun me
Revive, Not that bad, long cooldown tho


DON'T CHOOSE

Smite, This ain't a jugel build
Fortify, Let the tanks choose this
Rally, Hmmm, haven't tried it. Best on Kata i think
Teleport, Doh, i run faster than u can teleport
Claitvoyance, I got shrooms you know, their my others eyes

Blind is good early,Poison i good mid, Move quick is allways good.

This is what i like best, so you can have your own order?

Farming is easy with Teemo. Just poison every minion in the lane, someone got to die?
