Intro:
After using Mobafire since the beginning of time for methods of enhancing my builds, I have mained teemo for the first 20 levels, and he is quite a good champion. With a great laning phase as well as offering the team great map control and helping the team pull out of losing battles. This build focuses on building Teemo as a as/ap utility character, allowing Teemo to take on many different roles.

First off, this build will focus on Teemo's poison as his main source of damage. Putting one point to blind to temporarily disable attackers, you go on to max Teemo's poison followed by movespeed, putting points to his mushrooms whenever possible. The reason for getting maxing movespeed second is for the greatly improved survivability. Teemo-haste, combined with flash, almost guarantees an escape in case of ganks and during teamfights. During a teamfight, turn off Teemo-haste and start fighting when the battle starts. When you need to retreat, flash out of the enemy team's range and turn on Teemo-haste. You're basically un-catchable now.
