Introduction

Teemo is by far one of the most under-utilized champs out there.The key to victory using Teemo is to correctly use the mushrooms and even prepare an ambush using them and of course youre second most frightening attack after mushes. The mother@@@ing blind.An fed Tryndamere can easily be turned into fast food using blind.A godlike yi is turned into a running chicken because he misses all the time.But i will further analyze that later

Runes

Runes are not the key to victory but can definitely contribute alot. My main thought around these runes is to contribute to teemos . My runes are both magic penetration (duh) and ability power too , along with attack speed (duh).I dont quite think This needs further explaining but i dont think that changes here will change the outcome.
But i need to point out that doing flat ap will be catastrophic due to lack of magic penetration.

Masteries

Masteries. Yeah. Pretty straight forward . Full ap , 26 on offense , to power up our shot, our poison and our mushes. Much ap , much mp , and some attack speed to power up our poison (3rd).
As you may have noticed , i spend the 3 remaining points on mana, because in the first levels (only) you may experience some mana issues, due to the blinding shot mana use and later on , but less, mushroom placement. Again , later on there will not be any problems with mana , but in the start, you are a little more covered. if anyone thinks that there ought to be more ad , i will explain my thought later.

Dorans Ring-Atttack speed Boots-Malady-Nashors Tooth-Lich Bane_Rabadons Deathcap-convert attack speed boots to magic penetration boots --hextach gunblade-and last but not least the item of your choice depending on the opposing team , but i selected Crystal Scepter due to the ap , and health as well as passive . i point out that this item may change depending on your needs

tart of with the simple and straight forward Dorans ring, because it offers precious ap, along with mana regeneration.
Why Dorans ring and not Amplifying tome?
Well 5 ap is not much of difference.Then i need to point out the necesity for mana regeneration for your long term survivability

Why Lich bane and not ANYTHING ELSE. Well this gives us precious ap , along with one of the best passives for teemo. the chance to literally convert ap to ad. Firing a Dart with a 500 dmg and then a shot is good , but firing a 500 dmg blinding shot along with a 500 dmg normal attack is awesome.
Why Hextech Gunblade? This again is a good item pointing towards ap empowering along with ap lifesteal . Thats all.Oh and the ad is good too.

Skill Sequence

This is easily a matter of debate. I choose the blinding dart first (yeah ok) but then try to max poison as soon as possible , because its mana free and used based on youre insane attack speed. Maxing dart first is a good option too, but a little tiny bit less effective in my opinion. The running thing i rarely use (w) is to max out last, as its very much useless, except in chasing a oponent but thats about it.Mushrooms ofcourse max is to be asap , hands down.
In combat:
Stealth, somewhere , sure not to be seen . Place a couple of mushes around you and wait.Victim steps on mushes, you use youre q like hell, auto attack like youre life depends on it and boom.Also wining requires hit and run techiques .
