Never made a guide i know this is not too indepth but i have gone 24/7/10 and 14/0/8 with this build it works time and time agian all i ask is give it a shot

Teemo played this way is aggressive but not overly so blind and poison to dwindle their hp until u can shoot fast enough that they cant live though you just standing there with the occasional shroom drop at your feet and blind
