People might think teemo sucks everytime i pick teemo they think its a losing game my current record as teemo in solo que ranked is 6/2 with this exact build. This is a Top solo build i have also used this exact build in a duo lane comp and it worked but I pref top lane.

Pros:
Easy to farm with
Can lane vs most top laners
Great split pusher
Great Map control
Good Vs AD carries

Cons:
Teemo has one major con
Secret passive Global taunt
When playing teemo be prepared to be insta targeted by everyone
even if your not doing much

Ignite: Pretty Much a must teemos dmg hurts a little without it early on and you mastery into burning embers which is also very nice.

NO OTHER SUMMONER SPELLS SHOULD BE USED ON TEEMO TOP LANE!

The runes I have listed is what I use people like wtf AP teemo sux you are not technically going AP but the dmg increase on your poisons and shrooms on top of the damage of Wits and Malady is AMAZING.

Other runes really the only runes that could be different are the seals you can take HP per level or Dodge if you like those better other then that the rest of the runes mandatory.

Teemo is very squishy so 11/19 is the best way to mastery or 10/20 or 9/21 i like 11/19 cause i get 1 point in extra dmg to minions for pushing and last hitting. And Burning Embers the AP bust with burning embers is awesome early on. And you should always take ignite helps your dmg out alot as teemo.

Regrowth pendant: first for the sustain in top lane.

Philo stone: for More sustain with the mana regen you can endless harass and shroom when needed

Malady: This is when you start to get some atk speed and dmg awesome item for teemo and cheap

Wit's End: Also a cheap item give more atk speed and more on hit dmg to stack with your E ability and Malady.

Frozen Mallet: Good ammount of HP a slow and some dmg this is awesome for teemo cause you will be kiting people for the most part and this is awesome for kiting and survival

Hexteck Gunblade: Good item all around for teemo ATK dmg AP Lifesteal and Spell vamp stacks good with everything teemo does.. And a nuke on use effect.

Guardian Angel: Finishing item if you get this far its nice to have u just kite kite kite if you die rez kite kite kite lol.

Start with regrowth pendant and a pot for sustain.
Stay in lane till you have enough for philo stone and boots of speed unless you are forced to go back much sooner.
Against most top laners You can play quite aggressive but dont play too aggressive till 6 or you will be ganked again your teemo global taunt makes jungles come and gank you too lol.
Never stand still and attack always kite kite blind auto kite never stand still and attack or you will lose this is a constant harass you can do vs most champs once you are 6 you can shroom up make sure you shrooms where ganks will most likely be coming from and push all day dont worry about ganking mid or anything just farm your lane and split push until team fights happen.

Once you have enough for malady go back unless forced back otherwise dont forget a ward even with shrooms wards are still nice not always needed but nice. Malady is a huge increase on your dmg after you get malady and wits it all becomes easy.

A common ban right now is singed people think hes OP when he is if left to free farm you can leave singed unbanned if you plan to play teemo. teemo destroys singed in lane he also destroys nasus if played right garen cannot beat you either neither can chogath.

Champ that i hate laning against anyone with like a huge burst you cannot kite so like an AP carry which is a rare occasion in top lane and talon now talon is kind of a anti teemo so if you see talon on enemy team dont play teemo or if he picks talon after you pick teemo be ready to have a hard time just play it smart and you will be ok.

Now in team fights people always think teemo's job is too blind the AD carry well they are wrong ya if you get a good position to kill their ad carry then do it but do not force your self too him.
Always have escape shrooms layed out you will need them to kite enemy team when they get on you
your job is too attack mainly the squishies but whoever you actually can and kite
people like to chase teemo so you just kite enemy through shrooms and survive hopefully pulling off a few kills while your team picks them off.
