Do you want to be able to own with a Teemo that make enemies wanna say "OP!" ? Well here you go. I literatly studied Teemo for the LONGEST time and i actually made 4, YES 4 different builds that I might post up later for you to decide which is better for how you like to play Teemo. However, I think this is the best build overall and can kick some tail. I can honestly say people have told me that I do miracles with Teemo especially if there was a gank on a teamate, I would run in and sweep out the enemies. *NOTE* I'm still new to adding pictures and stats so this is all reading. Sorry. BTW This is my first guide so please be respectful on ALL comments and just have fun with it! If you have any questions about the guide or if I missed anything please let me know.
Thank you! =)
*Soon I will talk about each individual Item and why they are used*
Exhaust- Great spell that makes enemies attacks miss, slow their movement speed and with the combo of your Blinding Dart makes this worth the use.
Flash- Flash may seem a little weird but it's a great chasing spell and it's good if your hiding in the bushes and sneek attacking and to get the forsure kill by getting more auto-attacks in.
Ghost- Great to run away as to chasing. What more can I say?
Cleanse- Great against a bunch of CC's and a great fleeing combo with Ghost.
I always start out with Vamp. Scepter because it allows me to gain health back as I attack minions and Champions in my way. Now I know some people like to go with lvl 1 boots and some health pots, but I honestly don't find the need to buy the lvl 1 boots because when you turn to lvl 3 you will have lvl 1 move quick with my guide? So mind as well just farm for a while and harrass Champions to get your Beserk Shoes. You should already have your berserk shoes around lvl 6 especially if you're solo laning.
By this time you should be getting your Malady set up and working on your Guinsoo's Rageblade. Start trying to push your lane if possible or go jungle for Lizard and Mana buffs. I suggest getting thos ebuffs pretty soon in mid game because especially if there is a Warwick on the enemy team...you need to make sure he doesn't steal buffs. Also you don't have to worry about dieing when getting buffs becuase you already have vamp scepter to heal you up plus your AS with Malady and Rageblade.
Right now you should have to decide wheather to get Nashor's Tooth or Rylai's Crystal Scepter I say this because sometimes you end up with teamates who FEED and tick you off for doing so. If you think the otehr team is getting some major good items then got for Rylai's Crystal Scepter. If you think your team is doing great and the enemies seem easy to whoop on, then go for Nashor's Tooth and get more Lizard and Mana Buffs. After that you have either won the game or you go buy insurance and get the Bloodthirster and some Elixirs of Agility and Brilliance.
I would Recommend this item if...
Wit's End- It gives you 40% AS and 30 MR allowing you to fight against a magic based team. A bonus and why this item is good for this certain is because of it's UNIQUE Passive: Physical Attacks remove up to 42 mana from the target and deal additional damage equal to the amount of mana removed.
Madred's Bloodrazor- It gives you 40% AS +25 Armor allowing you to fight against Tanks who stack up huge amounts of Health...in general...ALL TANKS. The bonus is what makes this deadly towards HP relient Tanks. UNIQUE Passive: On hit, deals Magic Damage equal to 4% of the target's maximum Health.
Last Whisper- This thing is awesome against Armored Tanks! Gives you +10 Attack Damage +40% Attack Speed BONUS UNIQUE Passive: +40% Armor Penetration...bye bye tankers =D
Here are some pictures of what I did with this build at lvl 14... TRUST ME it works...
