Teemo the buster because he can bust enemy players very quickly and he can bust enemy towers one on one at lvl 18 with his attack speed 2.5. I personally use this build every time and I get very very good results. You can go mid, you can go lane, it's the same, You will own. Of course if there is a teemo on the enemy side you must go mid cuz you MUST be better than the mirror. You can not be reckless with this build, let your team push in, and then you come in with the massive power.
